Healthcare Recruiter (Home Care / Caregiver Hiring – Remote)

We are a growing home care agency seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to help us consistently source and hire caregivers (non-skilled caregivers and attendants) to support our expanding client base. This role is focused on results — generating qualified applicants and helping us hire reliable caregivers quickly. If you have experience recruiting for home care, home health, or healthcare staffing, we want to work with you. ⸻ Primary Responsibilities:

  • Post and manage caregiver job listings across platforms (Indeed, Facebook groups, etc.)
  • Source and attract qualified caregivers (CNA, HHA, and entry-level attendants)
  • Screen applicants and identify strong candidates
  • Communicate with applicants via messaging, email, and phone
  • Schedule interviews with our team
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates
  • Improve and optimize job postings for better results

⸻ Goals:

  • Generate a steady flow of qualified caregiver applicants
  • Help us hire caregivers quickly and consistently
  • Build a repeatable recruiting system

⸻ Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience recruiting caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, or healthcare staff
  • Familiar with platforms like Indeed, Care.com, and Facebook
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Able to move quickly and respond to candidates in real time
  • Results-driven and organized

⸻ Bonus Experience:

  • Experience recruiting for home care or home health agencies
  • Knowledge of caregiver hiring challenges and retention strategies
  • Experience working with Medicaid or LTSS agencies
