About the role This is a remote-first, flexible opportunity—ideal for professionals looking to expand their impact beyond traditional clinic walls. Whether you’re seeking a few days per week or a near-full-time schedule, we’d love to talk. This is a contract (1099) role to start with potential to build to full-time employment. Compensation range between $45-50/hr. We support ENT and private practice clinics nationwide through a hybrid diagnostic model that keeps care in the clinic while enabling audiologists to work from anywhere. You’ll be part of a team redefining what’s possible in audiologic care. Fully remote Flexible scheduling Work with a mission-driven, fast-growing team What you'll do As a MaestroAuD™ Diagnostic Audiologist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations remotely (air, bone, speech audiometry, tympanometry, OAE)
  • Collaborate in real time with on-site clinic staff (typically Medical Assistants) to ensure smooth testing sessions
  • Monitor and guide patients through each stage of the audiologic evaluation using our proprietary MaestroFusion™ software
  • Interpret results and generate reports for ENT physicians or supervising providers
  • Document all clinical findings in alignment with EMR and practice-specific protocols
  • Provide recommendations and communication that supports continuity of care within the ENT or private practice setting
  • Participate in optional professional development opportunities and workflow optimization discussions as our model evolves

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds an active, unrestricted audiology license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure preferred)
  • Has 2+ years of experience performing diagnostic audiologic evaluations
  • Is confident and tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms (familiarity with NOAH, MedRx, and telehealth tools a plus)
  • Is an excellent communicator with the ability to guide patients and clinic staff with clarity and professionalism
  • Enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative, mission-aligned team
  • Has access to a quiet, professional remote work environment with reliable internet connection
