Job Summary:

As an Overnight Dealer Chat Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to automotive dealerships during overnight hours. Through live chat platforms, you will engage with dealers and their customers, addressing inquiries, providing technical assistance, and resolving issues promptly. Your comprehensive knowledge of automotive products, services, and dealership procedures will enable you to effectively assist customers, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with automotive dealerships and customers via live chat platforms to address inquiries, provide technical assistance, and resolve issues promptly.

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of automotive products, services, and dealership procedures to effectively assist customers.
  • Document interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately within designated systems for reference and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards to maintain consistency and excellence in customer support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Utilize live chat platforms and customer support software to efficiently manage customer interactions.
