AI Training Expert Needed – Claude / Claude Code / AI Workflows (Virtual Workshop)

We are looking for an experienced AI trainer to deliver a hands-on virtual workshop for a small team (5 participants) working across Learning & Development and Product Management. Timing Target delivery: May 2026 Flexible on exact dates (to be agreed) Audience 4 team members + 1 Director/Manager Mixed technical/non-technical background Focus on practical, day-to-day application of AI tools Training Focus We are seeking a practical, engaging, and interactive session that demonstrates how AI can enhance everyday workflows. Topics should include: Claude & Claude Code fundamentals Core capabilities Best practices for prompting and usage Real-world applications Using AI in daily work (L&D, Product, documentation, etc.) Practical tools & workflows Content creation, analysis, and productivity use cases AI in business tools Use cases for PowerPoint and Excel Automation & integrations Overview of bots, workflows, and integrations High-level examples (e.g., connecting AI tools to Jira — no deep technical setup required) ⚙️ Environment Claude Enterprise (not Cowork) Jira usage (version TBD, but not the primary focus) Format Virtual delivery Open to: One comprehensive session, or Two shorter sessions (based on your recommendation) Additional Requirement Pre-session consultation call to: Understand our team’s workflows Tailor the training content accordingly Ideal Candidate Proven experience delivering AI/LLM training (Claude preferred) Strong focus on practical, hands-on learning Ability to adapt content to mixed-experience teams Experience with business use cases and productivity workflows To Apply Please include: Relevant training experience (especially with Claude or similar tools) Example agendas or materials (if available) Your proposed approach for this workshop Availability in May We’re looking for a trainer who can make AI immediately useful and actionable for our team, not just theoretical.
