Senior Account Executive – FinTech / Payments Experience

Location: REMOTE (US Only) Compensation: $125K – $145K x2 OTE We are working with a FinTech SaaS Startup in the payments space that is looking for a Senior Account Executive to add to their team! This company is Series A funded and growing at a rapid rate as their offering is very unique, selling their services to software companies who have merchants as their clients across several different areas / industries. It is a REMOTE position for anyone in the US. You MUST have experience in the FinTech and / or Payments sector for this position. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the FinTech and Payments sectors.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the Product team based on customer interactions to help shape future product developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in SaaS Account Executive role within the FinTech or Payments industry is REQUIRED.
  • Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
