Immediate Hiring – Insurance Verification Coordinator We are seeking an experienced Insurance Verification Coordinator to join our immediately. This role is responsible for obtaining and verifying insurance information, managing prior authorizations, and coordinating benefits to ensure timely reimbursement.

Responsibilities

  • Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and patient financial responsibility
  • Complete prior authorizations and collaborate with physician offices and payors
  • Collect and document required clinical and billing information
  • Coordinate benefits, copay assistance, and patient assistance programs
  • Submit insurance claims and resolve rejections or coverage issues
  • Handle inbound calls from patients, providers, and insurance companies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all billing policies

Education/Experience High school diploma with 1+ years of medical billing or insurance verification experience. Bachelor’s degree in related field can substitute for experience. Experience with payors and prior authorization preferred Additional Skills & Qualifications Years of experience required: 1 + years of experience Additional qualities to look for: Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience/backgrounds that do well in this role- Managed Care, Pharmacy, Medical terminology, Physician office experience, Customer Service, Call Center Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
