What to Expect:

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with Patients: Engage with patients via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve inquiries and provide compassionate support
  • De-escalating Issues: Effectively manage and resolve conflicts, ensuring a positive experience for our patients
  • Tracking Call Information: Accurately record and track call information for auditing purposes, ensuring compliance with industry standards

What We Require:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to Work Remotely: Thrive in a virtual team environment, with a strong focus on communication and collaboration
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care
  • Age and Education: Be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
