Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for ensuring our patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts in a timely manner. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional service, treat customers with compassion and respect, and protect their privacy. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts in a timely manner

  • Adhere to set schedules and handle time standards to meet performance expectations
  • Treat customers with compassion and respect, and protect their privacy
  • Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account information
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate degree or higher in a related field

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base pay range: $18.66 - $33.99 per hour (dependent on location)
  • Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
