Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to join our team in Idaho, USA. As a key member of our Online business Client care office, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone and email. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide superb customer care to clients by taking calls with an expert, insightful, and thoughtful attitude
- Answer client messages with clear, succinct, and step-by-step guidelines
- Data entry and examination within various PC applications, including our online list (www.arenaflex.com)
- Data and research orders/solicitations
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Expected Qualifications and Skills
* Solid PC skills, and experience in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Great critical thinking skills, adapting quickly to change, and meticulousness
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient grammar and writing skills
- Ability to interact and function well with other representatives
- Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset
