A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel. You'll be trained on multiple client programs and will transition between them throughout your day. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Initiating outreach to clients to resolve issues or provide information
  • Delivering exceptional contact center services that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions
  • Collaborating with your team to resolve complex issues and provide support

Qualifications for a Remote Customer Service Representative

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • One year of customer service or call center experience
  • Ability to pronounce and display a working knowledge of basic medical terms
  • Ability to work in a quiet and private work-from-home environment with high-speed internet
  • Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Excellent customer service skills

Full-Time Contact Center Work Schedule

As a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative, you can expect to work 38-40 hours per week, with at least one weekend day required. Our departments operate 24/7, and we offer flexible work schedules to accommodate your needs. This is a work-from-home call center position that offers the flexibility and autonomy you need to succeed.
