What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative – Medical Receptionist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, and vendors via phone, email, and web portal
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Adhering to all regulations and policies to protect patient and employee information, including HIPAA and other relevant healthcare laws
  • Collaborating with service delivery teams to support the delivery of exceptional patient care and services
  • Fostering an environment of continuous improvement in business processes and services, identifying areas for growth and implementing process improvements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, or related customer service field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs, including our proprietary electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, employees, and providers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Medical/Healthcare experience, including experience working in a hospital, clinic, or other healthcare setting
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Medical Receptionist (CMR)
