Freelance Event Marketing / Zoom Events Specialist
• *Freelance Event Marketing / Zoom Events Specialist Needed (AI Advisory & Education Firm)** We are a growing AI advisory and education firm seeking an experienced freelancer to help us build a professional, repeatable virtual events engine using Zoom Events and supporting landing pages. We are building event programs for four audiences: 1. Small businesses 2. Students 3. Parents 4. Educators Our mission is to help people and organizations cut through the noise and use AI safely, responsibly, and effectively. We need someone who can quickly build and optimize our webinar/event infrastructure so we can launch recurring workshops, training sessions, and thought leadership events.
- *Primary Scope of Work**
• Set up Zoom Events / recurring webinar series
- Create branded registration pages for multiple audiences
- Build or optimize landing pages for conversions
- Connect registrations into HubSpot CRM
- Set up reminder emails and post-event follow-up workflows
- Ensure a professional attendee experience from registration through attendance
- Create repeatable templates for future events
- Help segment messaging by audience (business, student, parent, educator)
- Recommend ways to improve registrations and attendance
- *Nice to Have**
• Experience with B2B webinars and education events
- HubSpot experience
- Landing page copywriting
- Canva or light design skills
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, education, or consulting audiences

• Event system fully organized and scalable
- Separate templates for each target audience
- First live events launched successfully
- Registration funnel and automation working properly
- Clean, repeatable process for monthly growth
- Recommendations to improve conversion and attendance

Project-based initially, with opportunity for ongoing monthly support if strong fit.
