Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Malta. As a Customer Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support via email and chat. This role is hybrid, with 2 days working in the office and 3 days remotely each week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. While prior experience in customer support is a plus, it is not required as we provide comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
As a Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Quickly and professionally responding to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Assisting customers with placing orders, addressing product questions, and troubleshooting issues
- Providing accurate and detailed information to customers about products, services, and company policies
- Handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently and courteously
- Working with other departments to address and resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Continuously enhancing job knowledge through participation in training sessions and educational opportunities
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms are a plus
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is beneficial but not required
