Internal Audit Professional

As an Internal Audit Professional, you will play a crucial role in promoting accountability, transparency, and efficiency within our organization. Conduct internal audits to identify potential areas of non-compliance and risk within the organization. Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial, operational, and compliance processes. Analyze and evaluate audit findings, and provide recommendations for improvement to management. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather and analyze relevant information for audits. Communicate audit results and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to all levels of management. Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely resolution of identified issues. Stay current with industry regulations and best practices to ensure audit processes are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain documentation of audit processes, findings, and recommendations. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and training to other team members as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Support external audits and regulatory examinations as needed.
