Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This is an in-office role, working Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner, identifying the type of assistance needed and ascertaining the level of assistance required to resolve the inquiry.

  • Deliver all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients, managing customer expectations and actively engaging customers in online chat contexts.
  • Provide mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, dispensing, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Participate in additional duties as deemed appropriate, including handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Ability to think on your feet, with a positive and team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Familiarity with digital mailbox services and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.

Training and Development

* arenaflex offers a comprehensive two-week, paid training program, which includes: + One week in the Birmingham office, where you will learn about our products and services, as well as our customer service processes and procedures. + One week in our Montebello, N.Y. headquarters, where you will participate in hands-on training and learn from our experienced customer service team.
