Responsibilities

As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer support via phone, resolving customer queries and concerns related to bookkeeping software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs.
• Demonstrating expertise in bookkeeping/accounting practices, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related tasks.
• Utilizing QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and productive.
• Collaborating with customers to identify and resolve issues, providing clear and concise solutions to their problems.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our bookkeeping software, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support.

Earnings Potential

As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.

Schedule

• Schedule available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday – Friday

Skills Needed

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software.
• Bookkeeping/accounting expertise to include AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related tasks.
• Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment.
• Strong ownership of customer issues in order to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution.
• Tech savvy and avid computer user.
• Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor.

To ensure a productive and successful work environment, you'll need:

• Quiet, uninterrupted space
• Organized desk area

Technology Requirements

To perform your duties, you'll need:

• Personal computer (no tablet)
• Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed
• Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
• Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
• Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
• Wired USB headset with microphone
• No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during arenaflex working time.

Important Information

* For this program, you must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA. We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.

• Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
• The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment.
• arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
