Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and effective assistance through incoming phone calls, live chats, and emails to assist customers (and their customers) with their home improvement financing needs.
  • Becoming an expert in arenaflex Financing products and helping both customers and team members succeed through knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Leveraging support tools and best practices, while creating and documenting best practices of your own to ensure seamless scalability and growth.
  • Occasionally assisting homeowners or following up with customers' questions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least one full year of Support experience with references, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • A strong reputation for being "Reliable" or "Consistent," with a disciplined and process-driven approach to your work.
  • Excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.
  • Ability to function in a fast-growing, low-structure early-stage startup environment, adapting to change and ambiguity with ease.
  • Effective and efficient problem-solving skills, with strong critical-thinking abilities to resolve complex customer issues.

Ideal Candidate (Big "Pluses")

While we welcome candidates from all backgrounds, we're particularly interested in those with:

  • Seasoned Support / Client Success / Account Management experience, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Fluency in Spanish, enabling you to support our growing Spanish-speaking customer base.
  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer engagement strategies.
  • Early-stage startup experience, with a passion for innovation, adaptability, and growth.
