Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them efficiently
  • Helping customers understand contract details and providing clear explanations
  • Managing existing customer relationships to ensure their peace of mind and worry-free experience
  • Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
  • Maintaining open communication with management and coworkers, using camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
  • General computer and typing skills
  • Passion for customer service and quality work
  • Focus, reliability, and ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
