Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Providing detailed information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating customer accounts
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

Essential Qualifications:
