Job Summary

As a Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading a team of experts in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse on our platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect abuse, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of experts in adversarial abuse and analytics, providing guidance and direction to ensure the team is working towards common goals

  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of abuse
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to develop and implement solutions to prevent and detect abuse
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions, including metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of abuse prevention and detection strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in adversarial abuse and analytics, and apply this knowledge to inform the development of new strategies and solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers, to ensure that the team's work is aligned with business objectives

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics

  • 4+ years of experience in a related field, including data analysis, machine learning, and software development
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of experts in adversarial abuse and analytics
  • Strong background in data analysis, including experience with data visualization tools and statistical modeling
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning
  • Strong software development skills, including experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Postgraduate education in a related field, such as a master's or Ph.D. in computer science, mathematics, or statistics

  • 2+ years of experience working with designing teams that form information foundation and ML models
  • 2+ years of experience driving groups with the capacity to work non-standard weeks of work as accelerations require
  • Experience or exhibited interest in enemy of misuse activities
  • Information on SQL/R/Matlab
  • Exceptional impacting and leader relational abilities and the capacity to construct associations with cross-utilitarian accomplices
  • Magnificent business judgment, vital and scientific abilities, including utilizing information to drive technique and business activity with a capacity to work in a quickly changing industry and oversee equivocalness while limiting vulnerability through quantitative bits of knowledge
