Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information to customers, resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally, and documenting customer interactions and feedback. You'll work collaboratively with team members to improve customer experience and contribute to the success of our customer care team.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Document customer interactions and feedback, using this information to improve customer experience and inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience, share best practices, and develop new solutions to customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are a plus but not required
