Join the arenaflex Team as a Temporary Customer Service Representative!

We're seeking talented individuals to join our team of Work-From-Home Customer Service Representatives! As a temporary representative, you'll be the friendly voice welcoming customers to arenaflex, placing orders, and answering questions – all from the comfort of your home office. We take calls from 8AM-8PM every day and expect to extend this to 10PM during our peak calling season from Thanksgiving until Christmas.

  • Flexible scheduling: Prioritizing candidates with maximum availability, we require at least 24 hours of weekly availability. Additionally, we need our employees to be available to work on our busiest days of Mondays & Tuesdays as well as at least one weekend day.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat.

  • Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Process orders, handle returns, and address customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in a retail or call center environment.

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Part of the interview is a computer skills assessment that is observed.
  • Qualified candidates are asked to schedule their own interview and receive a TEAMS link in advance of the interview.
