Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our subscribers via live chat, while also maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of their interactions and transactions. If you're a detail-oriented, customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Live Chat Support: Engage with arenaflex subscribers via live chat to address inquiries, provide technical assistance, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain subscriber information and interactions into our database system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve subscriber concerns, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve the overall subscriber experience.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in written and verbal communication.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or data entry roles is a plus.
