Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional client care through inbound calls, emails, and chats, while building strong relationships with our clients and understanding their needs
  • Developing key selling skills, including building affinity, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
  • Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to recommend the right arenaflex solutions to our clients
  • Recording important data as per established procedures and protocols
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to integrity and compliance with all administrative and regulatory rules

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in client support and sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and tasks in an electronic climate
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a client support and sales environment with a strong focus on building client relationships and driving sales growth

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools and technologies
