Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, Customer Experience (Remote) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Talent Development: Recruit, hire, and develop top-performing talent to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Goal-Oriented Leadership: Effectively coordinate and focus the work of skilled employees toward important goals, prioritizing activities that lead to success.
  • Performance Management: Implement process improvements and leverage the talent of your team to consistently increase performance and productivity.
  • Network Building: Build connections with other teams and divisions, coordinating cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze and anticipate changing market dynamics and customer needs to inform business strategy.

  • Strategy Development: Set direction and shape future needs for entire medical education program offerings.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Establish metrics, analyze results, and define areas of improvement/action plans.
  • Communication: Communicate long-term strategy to key stakeholders to gain organizational alignment.
  • Budget Management: Manage budget, evaluate past decisions, and prioritize new investments.
  • KOL Network Development: Maintain and develop key opinion leader (KOL) networks and scientific society collaborations to promote arenaflex's medical education programs.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree: Required

  • 10+ Years of Work Experience: Required

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA: Preferred

  • 7+ Years Medical Device or Medical Education Experience: Preferred
  • 4+ Years of People Management Experience: Preferred
  • Excellent Presentation and Interpersonal Communications Skills: Strongly desired
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strongly desired
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Projects: Strongly desired
  • Persuasive Communication Skills: Strongly desired
  • Demonstrated Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strongly desired

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: $112,800 - $239,900 (actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location)
  • Bonus Eligibility: Eligible for bonus payments based on performance.
