Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
  • Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
  • Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, meeting and exceeding client expectations
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
  • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
