As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, handling a high volume of customer inquiries with ease, empathy, and professionalism. System Requirements To ensure a seamless customer experience, our Work at Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include: * A self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years * A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications * A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted) * A Mac or Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook are not supported Training Schedule Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin a six-week training program, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
