About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team as a Data Entry (Remote) representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional client care, developing key selling skills, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls, engage with entrepreneurs and executives, understand their needs, and suggest the right arenaflex products and services

• Provide high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other components of arenaflex's Private Business Services
• Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
• Provide exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
• Record important data as per established procedures and protocols
• Maintain integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices

Essential Qualifications:

* Customer support experience (two years+) with a strong focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication

• Proven success in a customer support and sales environment (two years+)
• Ability to work in a high-speed environment with the capability to perform multiple tasks and navigate in an electronic environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Experience with data entry and record-keeping
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
