Job Summary

We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a live chat assistant, you will work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams to provide best-in-class support to our clients' customers. You will be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and helping to drive sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to customers

  • Utilize exceptional communication and writing skills to resolve customer inquiries, provide sales links, and offer discounts
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Work independently, managing multiple live chat conversations simultaneously
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing, or business) preferred

  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with live chat software and platforms (training provided)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
