Full Cycle Recruiter / Talent Acquisition (contract -Remote supporting CST) Work can be done remotely for those on CST, but special preference for those in Huntsville, AL or Camden, AR) Our client is an agile global aerospace and defense technology innovator, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet customers? mission-critical needs. At this location you will be focusing on the department of defense and commercial communications systems. JOB DESCRIPTION: · Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting- sourcing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in addition to screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting and negotiating job offers to candidates. · Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire. · Pre-screen potential candidates for full-time employee openings; assess candidates? qualifications and culture fit through a combination of behavioral based interviews and competency-based evaluations. · Interview prospective candidates on consistent set of qualifications and educate candidates on company. Submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers. · Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partner. · Upholds legal requirements and company hiring policies, and coaches and guides managers accordingly. · Proactive tracking of progress and all work in applicant tracking system to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent area with a minimum 6 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. · Use of LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed etc. · Experience sourcing for engineering and technical skills · Full life cycle recruiting for positions with clearances (secret, top secret, etc.) · Familiarity with working in a very fast paced, constantly changing environment with high demand / metrics’ high expectations for output and data integrity within the ATS. · Able to manage multi requisitions at a time · Experience with Excel and Outlook PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS: · Experience in Engineering or IT recruiting · Experience recruiting in Aerospace and defense industries · Effective influent/negotiation skills · Exercised effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills. · Experience working in a team-oriented, customer service environment. · Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
