Job Title: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (We Provide Leads) Location: Remote Type: Part-time / Full-time (Flexible Hours) Compensation: Hourly + Bonus per Appointment --- ### About Us We are a Los Angeles-based apparel manufacturing company working with fashion and streetwear brands across the U.S. We produce high-quality garments in Turkey and Egypt and help brands scale their production with better quality and margins. --- ### Role Overview We are hiring a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to contact a pre-qualified list of leads that we provide. You will NOT need to find leads. Your only focus: Call the list Start conversations Book qualified appointments --- ### Responsibilities - Call contacts from our provided lead list (no prospecting required) - Introduce our services in a clear and engaging way - Identify interest and qualify potential clients - Schedule meetings directly into our calendar - Log call outcomes and notes - Follow up with interested leads when needed --- ### What We Provide - Targeted lead list (fashion & streetwear brands) - Proven call script and training - Clear value proposition and offer - Calendar booking system - Ongoing support and coaching --- ### Ideal Candidate - Strong spoken English (clear, confident, natural) - Experience in cold calling or appointment setting - Comfortable speaking with business owners / decision-makers - Persistent and not discouraged by rejection - Organized and consistent with daily call targets --- ### Compensation - Base pay: $5–$10/hour (based on experience) - Bonus: $20–$50 per qualified booked meeting - Performance-based growth opportunities --- ### Success Metrics - Number of calls made - Conversations per day - Qualified appointments booked --- ### Important Note This role is execution-focused.
