I’m working on a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Tech Lead to join a fast-growing, product-led tech environment delivering real impact at scale.
This role is ideal for someone who still enjoys being in the code but also wants to lead, mentor, and influence technical direction.
💻 What’s on offer:
• Up to £85,000 salary
• Remote + occasional travel
• 1–2 days/month onsite (all travel fully expensed)
• Strong engineering culture – collaboration, clean code, and continuous improvement
• Modern tech stack + high-scale systems
🛠️ The role:
• ~70% hands-on, 30% leadership
• Leading a small team (up to 3 engineers)
• Working across the full stack (backend, frontend, cloud & infrastructure)
• Driving architecture, best practices, and technical decisions
👀 What I’m looking for:
• Strong full stack experience with a polyglot mindset
• Solid background in object-oriented programming (Java, C#, Ruby, etc.)
• Experience mentoring or leading engineers
• Comfortable working on scalable, production systems
