Key Responsibilities

  • Logging in to the live chat portal on the arenaflex website each morning to answer customer questions and address their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilizing the chat software's features to address commonly asked questions and provide solutions to customer issues.
  • Accessing support from a chat supervisor for more complex inquiries, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
  • Completing a brief 1-2 hour training program before starting work, which will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.
  • Working independently and following provided instructions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues and customers.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following prerequisites:

  • Availability for 5+ hours per week.
