Key Responsibilities

As a Support Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers via chat to address their inquiries and provide timely support
  • Resolving customer issues promptly and accurately to ensure satisfaction
  • Documenting customer interactions in our support database for future reference
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Providing product and service information to customers to enhance their understanding and usage
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been adequately resolved
  • Maintaining a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat environment
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if necessary
