Position Purpose

As a Senior Manager Product Management, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through the delivery of high-quality products. You'll be a key member of our product management team, responsible for assessing market needs, inspiring product teams, and driving the delivery of business value.

Key Responsibilities

*

Strategy & Planning (40%):

+ Develop and execute product strategies that align with our company vision and goals + Lead cross-functional teams to create a seamless user experience + Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product updates and allocate funding + Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product performance + Contribute to and make recommendations for strategic plans and enterprise technology roadmaps

Delivery & Execution (30%):

+ Drive product development by reviewing performance and directing work efforts of product teams + Document, review, and validate products to meet quality and change control standards + Understand enterprise goals and KPIs to deliver value against them + Resolve issues within or across product teams to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

People (30%):

+ Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Product Managers + Attract, retain, and develop top talent to build a world-class Product Management Team + Conduct annual and mid-year reviews, reviewing individual development plans and providing performance feedback + Foster collaboration with team members to drive value, identify, and resolve impediments

Essential Qualifications

* 6-8 years of relevant work experience in product management, preferably in a modern software development environment

  • Mastery of modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization
  • Mastery of working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team
  • Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories
  • Proficiency in conducting user research and testing to understand needs
  • Mastery of identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis

  • Proficiency in conducting competitive research and analysis
  • Proficiency in guiding more junior team members through Product Management fundamentals in a professional setting
  • Proficiency in managing and growing team members in a professional setting

Minimum Education

* Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job

Compensation and Benefits

* The pay range for this position is between $110,000 - $240,000
