Licensed Mental Health Therapist (MD) – Peak Hours (Evenings & Weekends) Location: Fully Remote (Must hold an active Maryland license)Schedule: Part-TimeRequired Hours: Weekdays 3 PM – 9 PM | Weekends 8 AM – 2 PM Join Backpack Healthcare At Backpack Healthcare, we provide high-quality mental health care to children, teens, and young adults through a supportive, clinician-led environment. We’re expanding our Maryland telehealth team and seeking licensed therapists who want to make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support families through education and care coordination
