Bilingual Commercial Account Executive

Join our expanding sales team as a Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) Account Executive focused on growing our presence in South America and driving software solutions sales!

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive who will be at the forefront of expanding our business in Latin America. Your expertise will help communicate the value of our software solutions to clients across various industries, ultimately shaping a better developer experience and delivering value to end-users.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and manage inbound sales leads through the full sales cycle, turning prospects into satisfied customers.
  • Identify and target prospects within the LATAM territory through proactive prospecting.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to gather requirements and propose high-value solutions.
  • Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and effectively demonstrate the advantages of our leading solutions.
  • Identify high-value sales opportunities and work with Mid-Market prospects on go-to-market strategies for win-win partnerships.
  • Gather market, prospect, and competition intelligence using various resources.
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas consistently.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years’ experience selling complex B2B software products.
  • Fluency in Spanish—professional or native level.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially via email and phone.
  • Experience prospecting and utilizing tools like Outreach, Dooly, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Willingness to travel light to industry conferences and meetings.
  • Proven success in a consultative sales approach with technical and business executives, including CXOs and VPs.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas over multiple years.
  • Team player with a tenacious drive to succeed.
  • College or University degree; technical backgrounds preferred.
  • Experience managing sales cycles through Salesforce CRM.
