Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to detail and implement Microsoft 365-based solutions.
- Design custom and out-of-the-box solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide daily support and training for Microsoft 365.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices for Microsoft 365.
- Support SharePoint migration efforts to M365.
- Build and maintain effective work relationships within the team and company.
- Perform additional duties as required to support team objectives.
Skills
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in task management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 offerings like Teams and Exchange.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and HTML.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Business Process Mapping and Six Sigma Certification.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.
- Experience with Nintex Workflow or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of third-party solutions integrating with SharePoint.
