Account Executive - Ticket Sales

Welcome to UCLA Athletics! We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Account Executive for Ticket Sales. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating revenue for our athletic programs while providing an exceptional experience for our fans. As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, as well as work closely with our marketing and operations teams to drive ticket sales. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong background in sales. Generate ticket sales revenue: The primary responsibility of the Account Executive will be to generate revenue for UCLA Athletics through the sale of tickets. This includes meeting or exceeding sales targets and implementing strategies to drive ticket sales. Develop and maintain client relationships: The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients, including season ticket holders, corporate partners, and group sales accounts. This includes providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams: The Account Executive will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive ticket sales. This will also involve coordinating with these teams to ensure a seamless fan experience at games. Conduct sales calls and presentations: The successful candidate will be expected to make outbound sales calls and conduct presentations to potential clients to promote ticket sales. This requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to effectively pitch and sell tickets. Utilize CRM system: The Account Executive will be responsible for accurately tracking and reporting sales activities and client information using a CRM system. This includes maintaining detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and revenue generated. Stay up-to-date on industry trends: The individual in this role will need to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitors to continually improve sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition. Represent UCLA Athletics: As an ambassador for UCLA Athletics, the Account Executive will be expected to represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times. This includes attending events and networking opportunities to promote ticket sales. Provide exceptional customer service: The Account Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients. This includes promptly responding to inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all fans.
