Green Team Junior Sales Lead

POSITION OVERVIEW: The sales floor leaders oversee and support the sales department members in running the day-to-day operations of the sales floor. These responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with questions from agents, verifying appointments, compiling data for management, and reviewing team metrics. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mentor and train new sales agents after initial training (nesting).
  • Supervise the floor and remotes when Senior leads are unavailable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer Questions from sales agents.
  • Distribute appointments for coverage.
  • Be on the phone to assist in sales.
  • Weekend leadership opening and closing of department.
  • Quality check observations and feedback/coaching.
  • Daily end-of-day reporting to leadership on duties and tasks accomplished that day.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Conducting calls with clients to assist with pipeline execution or assist with customer support

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Exceptional attendance record.
  • Excellent Interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Experience in using the CRM, Ring Cenrtal, Balto.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends.
  • Ability to guide and mentor sales staff.
  • Customer service and sales skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, perform well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills and advanced excel skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalency.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be available to work weekends
