Our mission and vision are rooted in our passion for innovation, and we take pride in teaching AI and cutting-edge tech to our team and partners. Our culture is defined by massive action, global impact, and a commitment to the success of our clients and those we serve. As a member of our team, you’ll take responsibility for marketing, sales, and working in the vertical that matches your interests. If you’re ready to join a company that values technology, growth, and action, we want to hear from you! Position Overview: Dive into the dynamic finance vertical where you'll analyze data, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and assist with financial operations. As a finance intern, you'll apply foundational concepts to real-world scenarios—growing your skills in financial reporting and strategy while supporting smart decision-making for both clients and our organization. Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Support internal and external budgeting models.
  • Track expenses and variances across departments.
  • Help prepare rolling forecasts for weekly/monthly reviews.
  • Contribute to planning tools and financial projection frameworks.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Assist in creating dashboards and financial summaries.
  • Help prepare weekly revenue and margin reports.
  • Review historical data and flag trends or issues.
  • Provide basic commentary and recommendations on findings.

Data Accuracy & Audit Support:

  • Ensure correct data input in internal systems and trackers.
  • Support clean documentation across receipts, invoices, and reconciliations.
  • Help with internal reviews or prep for external audit readiness.

Finance Team Collaboration:

  • Work with finance, sales, and ops to gather accurate inputs.
  • Attend team syncs and present data insights clearly.
  • Support project budgets and cost planning reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in finance coursework, accounting, or business operations.
  • Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets; formulas, charts, and formatting.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Able to meet deadlines and communicate professionally in writing.
  • Comfortable working independently and in team check-ins.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with budgeting tools or dashboard platforms (optional).
  • Exposure to P&L statements, forecasts, or reconciliations.
  • Comfortable interpreting spreadsheets and producing summary findings.
  • Interest in business strategy, margin analysis, or SaaS/SMB economics.

This position is remote. Only candidates with reliable availability, consistent digital communication, and ability to attend live check-ins will be considered. In accordance with our hiring standards and company policies, all positions are contingent upon successful completion of background verification and intern agreement signing.
