• Direct the program-level contract management function for Our Client, overseeing custom contracting strategies, tooling solutions, and complex contract administration.
• Partner with Our Client's business and legal leads to navigate complex operations, mitigate risks, and drive cost-containment efforts for major capital improvement initiatives.
• Develop, continuously improve, and enforce deal-to-contract procedures to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and strategic alignment with shifting market conditions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure productive interactions and resolve complex business and legal risk issues.
• Lead global operational initiatives for Our Client by managing budget planning, building contract templates, and optimizing the end-to-end source-to-pay process.
