, is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Aesthetician and Wellness Consultant to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role requires a blend of advanced skincare expertise, exceptional client consultation skills, and the ability to inspire and mentor junior staff. As the Lead Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of high-quality aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body treatments. You will also play a crucial role in developing personalized wellness plans for clients, integrating skincare with overall health and lifestyle recommendations. Your expertise will be key in staying abreast of the latest industry trends, techniques, and product innovations to ensure our client remains at the forefront of the beauty and wellness sector. Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth skin analyses, recommending appropriate treatments and products, and performing treatments with precision and care. You will also manage client appointments, maintain detailed client records, and ensure a seamless client experience from consultation to follow-up. A significant part of this role involves training and supervising other aestheticians, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. You will contribute to service and product development, assist in marketing initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in esthetics, hold relevant certifications and licenses, and have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a high-end spa or aesthetic clinic. Proven leadership capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for client well-being are essential. A deep understanding of various skin types and conditions, along with proficiency in advanced aesthetic technologies, is required.
