Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive and Personal Assistant to support our CEO. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are passionate about enabling leaders to execute at their best, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO
  • Plan and coordinate events
  • Manage personal appointments, household vendors, and light errands
  • Support family logistics
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
