Life Insurance Agent (Free Leads)
Entry-Level Sales & Experienced Insurance Agents Welcome We are a Final Expense–focused life insurance agency looking for motivated individuals who want flexibility, strong commissions, and a meaningful career helping families plan for the future. Whether you’re brand new to insurance or already licensed, we provide the training, leads, and support needed to succeed. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-only compensation, which is standard within the life insurance industry. Agents have the flexibility to work remotely, in person, or in a hybrid capacity, allowing you to build your business around your schedule. All commissions are paid directly by the insurance carriers, giving you day 1 vesting, transparency and full control over your earnings. What You’ll Do:
- Final Expense Client Consultations: Meet with clients (virtually and/or in person) to educate seniors and families on final expense life insurance solutions.
- Client-Centered Sales: Help clients select affordable policies designed to cover funeral, burial, and end-of-life expenses.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term client relationships by providing guidance, follow-ups, and ongoing support.
- Professional Growth: Continuously improve your skills through training, mentorship, and product education.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior insurance or sales experience is NOT required, we provide full training.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and technology. (Phone, computer, and video meetings)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset.
