Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Vice President of Key Account Management. The VP will oversee strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. Responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, leading account management initiatives, and collaborating with sales and business development teams to achieve revenue goals. The role also involves identifying new opportunities for expanding client relationships and crafting comprehensive plans that align with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Key Account Management and Account Management, with the ability to nurture and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic Planning skills to develop and implement effective strategies that support both client and business objectives.
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Flexibility to excel in a remote work environment while achieving business outcomes.
  • Experience in the luxury or jewelry industry is a plus but not mandatory.
