Agent Assistant (Sports & Fitness)

About the position We’re looking for an Agent Assistant to support our Sports & Fitness focused team of agents, who work with some of the most exciting talent across sports, training, performance, and active lifestyle content. The Agent Assistant will provide administrative, campaign, and communications support to agents in the Sports & Fitness category. This includes helping process and track brand deals, coordinating campaigns, and supporting communication between talent, agents, and brands. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where things move quickly and priorities can shift. This role is designed as a training ground for the next generation of agents at Right Click. Candidates who are motivated, curious about the business side of the creator economy, and interested in eventually representing talent are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Deal Flow Administration
  • Enter and update deal data in tracking systems (e.g. HubSpot, Airtable, Google Workspace, task management tools)
  • Attach and organize relevant contracts, SOWs, and communications
  • Track deal progress, flag blockers early, and maintain accurate financial data such as CPMs
  • Maintain clean, reliable records so agents and talent always have clear visibility
  • Campaign Management Support
  • Send campaign kickoffs and reminders once deals are confirmed
  • Track timelines for drafts, revisions, approvals, and final posts
  • Update internal campaign trackers with accurate deliverables and deadlines
  • Help keep campaigns moving forward, even when timelines get tight
  • Talent & Agent Support
  • Assist with calendar organization, meeting notes, and reminders
  • Coordinate scheduling for agent and talent meetings
  • Conduct light research on sports, fitness, and performance creators, trends, or brand opportunities
  • Stay curious and plugged into emerging voices in the space
  • Communication & Flex Support
  • Join calls and take notes when needed
  • Coordinate with brands, platforms, and partner agencies
  • Help troubleshoot small issues during campaign launches or key brand moments
  • Stay calm under pressure and think on your feet when things inevitably change
  • Organized and up-to-date campaign and deal trackers
  • Timely reminders and updates sent to creators and brand partners
  • Clear campaign timelines with accurate delivery statuses
  • Weekly updates and summaries provided to team leads

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of administrative, project coordination, or creator economy experience
  • Familiarity with platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and the broader sports/fitness creator ecosystem
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and resourceful — someone who looks for solutions rather than waiting for direction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting when priorities shift
  • Relationship-oriented and excited to work closely with creators, brands, and internal teams
  • Motivated, creatively driven, and willing to go the extra mile to keep things running smoothly
  • Los Angeles, CA based or able to commute to Los Angeles, CA for a hybrid in-office schedule
