As a Bilingual Customer Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact with assigned customers and will be the bridge between Customers & Ops. You will have to have deep understanding of our operational policies and procedures and be able to clearly articulate project updates and answer questions for your customers. Connection and building solid relationships with our customers is top priority to ensure an overall positive experience. Job Type: Full Time Location: Remote Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 Based on experience Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance & Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off

Qualifications

  • Conduct welcome calls to assigned customers to introduce yourself, welcome them to the EMPWR Solar family, and provide an overview of the solar installation process.
  • Gather and document any project-specific details or homeowner preferences that may impact operations.
  • Confirm each customer’s preferred method of communication to ensure timely and effective updates.
  • Manage customer communications throughout all project pipeline stages, maintaining consistent contact within the 7-14 day outreach standard.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide additional information as needed using approved call and email templates and scripts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with assigned customers to promote trust in the EMPWR Solar brand.
  • Proactively address concerns and assist in resolving issues to prevent negative feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (fluency required for both languages)
  • Customer service expertise, including ability to resolve client concerns and provide an outstanding experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse customers
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and active listening
  • Basic understanding of renewable energy or willingness to learn about solar technology
  • Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a remote work environment
  • Ability to use CRM systems and relevant software with ease
  • Prior experience in customer support AND energy industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a bonus
