HRIS Business Analyst

Information Technology Strategies, INC. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiatives in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to work for our company. Summary:

  • Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency.
  • A CURRENT U.S. Government SECRET Clearance or above. Sponsorship will not be provided.
  • Will assist with system technical tasks, requirements gathering, management, and documentation for project and sustainment work, as well as business process management related to COTS/GOTS HR IT systems.

Requirements:

  • A CURRENT U.S. Government SECRET Clearance or above. Sponsorship will not be provided.
  • Must have 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience with Human Resources IT systems.
  • Must be capable of performing and documenting system configuration and management, completing scope-defined technical tasks, interpreting software test results, and assisting with remediation.
  • Must have experience in requirements tracking, documentation, and creating process/feature documentation.
  • Must be knowledgeable in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management. Must be able to assist with troubleshooting identified problems and escalate them as needed.
  • Must have understanding of SQL and ETL.
  • Must have prior experience integrating new technologies/systems and their data.
  • Must have prior experience performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users.

Preferences:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Skillsoft learning platform
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise COTS/GOTS Learning Management software/HR suites.
