Middleware Lead (SAP BTP & Apigee)
BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Middleware Lead (SAP BTP & Apigee) for a Remote opportunity Role: Middleware Lead (SAP BTP & Apigee) Duration: 6+ Months Locations: Remote Anticipated Start Date: 04/27/2026 Job Type: Contract – Remote We are looking for an experienced professional to lead integration and API solutions across enterprise systems using SAP BTP Integration Suite and Google Apigee. This role involves both technical leadership and hands-on architecture/design work. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite
- Lead API development and management using Apigee
- Define API and integration standards, best practices, and governance
- Manage end-to-end API lifecycle (design, security, deployment, monitoring)
- Integrate SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, etc.) with other systems
- Work with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver solutions
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of integration platforms
- Lead and mentor developers and integration engineers
- Support CI/CD, release management, and production support activities
